Antahe
Privacy policy
Last updated 25 August 2026
The short version
- We collect what you tell us about your business, what your public website says, and what AI assistants say about you when we ask them.
- If you connect Google, we read your product catalogue and your search performance. We never write to either, and we never use that data to train a model.
- We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to advertise to you or anyone else.
- You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, or ask us to delete it, by emailing a person.
This summary is here because a document nobody reads protects nobody. It is not a substitute for the full text below, which is what actually applies.
1Who this is about
Antahe measures how AI assistants describe brands, and hands the brand a plan to change what they say. This policy covers the Antahe website, the signed in product, and any data you connect to it.
It is written for two readers: a customer deciding whether to trust us with their business data, and a reviewer checking what we do with data from a connected Google account. Section 4 is for the second reader.
2What we collect
What you give us
- Account details: your name, work email address, and the brand and website you are asking us about.
- Your business profile: what you sell, who you sell it to, which countries and languages matter, who you consider competitors, and any facts about your business you want us to treat as canonical.
- Anything you type into the product, including drafts and notes.
What we gather for you
- The public content of your website, read the way an AI crawler reads it. We only fetch pages that are publicly reachable.
- The public content of pages that AI assistants cite when answering questions about your category, including your competitors’ public pages.
- The answers AI assistants give when we ask them questions about your category. This is the core of the product.
What we record about your use
- A session cookie that keeps you signed in. It holds a signed identifier and nothing else.
- Server logs, including which pages were requested and when, kept so we can fix faults and investigate abuse.
We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not run third party trackers on the signed in product.
3Why we hold it
Every category above exists to do one of four things: run the measurement you asked for, produce the plan and the drafts that come out of it, keep your account working, or meet a legal obligation. We do not hold data for a purpose you have not been told about on this page.
Where the law requires a lawful basis, ours is the contract with you for the product itself, and our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and working.
4Data you connect from Google
Connecting a Google account is optional and nothing in the product requires it. If you do connect one, this is the whole of what happens.
| What we ask for | What it lets us read | What we do with it |
|---|---|---|
| Google Merchant Center | Your product catalogue: item titles, descriptions, prices, availability, identifiers, links and the account structure they sit in. | Check whether an AI shopping assistant can read and filter your products, and show you which items are missing a field that would exclude them. |
| Google Search Console | Read only access to the search performance of properties you own: queries, impressions, clicks and positions. | Show whether search interest in your brand moved after work you shipped. It is one of three signals on the Proof screen and is never presented alone. |
What we never do with it
- We never write to your Merchant Center or Search Console. Google offers no read only scope for Merchant Center, so the permission we must request allows writing. We do not use it. Nothing in our product sends a change to Google.
- We never use it to train or improve any machine learning model, ours or anybody else’s.
- We never sell it, rent it, or transfer it for advertising, and we never share it with another customer.
- We never send your catalogue or your search data to an AI model provider. The questions we ask assistants are about your public brand and category, and they do not carry your connected Google data.
Antahe’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Taking it back
You can disconnect Google from your Product data screen at any time, which deletes the stored authorisation immediately. You can also revoke our access from your own Google account security settings, which has the same effect and does not need us. Catalogue data already pulled is deleted on request under section 8.
5Who else touches it
We use other companies to run the service. Each gets only what it needs to do its job, and none of them may use your data for their own purposes.
| Who | What for |
|---|---|
| Vercel | Hosting the website and the product. |
| Neon | The database everything is stored in. |
| OpenRouter, and the model providers it routes to | Asking AI assistants questions, and the analysis and drafting the product does. What we send is your brand name, your category and public information. |
| Resend | Sending you email, such as a sign in link or a finished report. |
| Only what you connected, and only as described in section 4. |
We will also disclose data if the law requires it, and we will tell you when we are allowed to.
6Where it is held, and for how long
Data is stored on servers operated by the providers named above, which may be outside the country you are in. Where data leaves its country of origin we rely on the contractual protections those providers offer.
We keep your data for as long as your engagement runs. When an engagement ends we do not delete what we collected for you, because the measurements and the plan remain yours to read: your account becomes read only and the history stays. If you would rather it were deleted, ask, and we will delete it.
7Keeping it safe
Access is restricted to the people who need it. Connections to the service are encrypted in transit. Credentials you give us, including Google authorisations, are stored so that they can be used by the service and are never shown back to anyone.
No system is perfectly secure, and we would rather say so than imply otherwise. If a breach affects your data we will tell you and the relevant authority as the law requires.
8What you can ask for
- A copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- A correction, if something is wrong.
- Deletion of your data, subject to anything we must keep by law.
- That we stop a particular use of it.
Email hello@antahe.com and a person will handle it. We answer within 30 days and usually much sooner. If you are unhappy with how we handled it you can complain to your local data protection authority.
9Children
Antahe is a business product and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
10Changes to this page
If we change how we handle data we will update this page and change the date at the top. If the change is significant we will tell customers by email rather than leaving it to be noticed.
